Kings Walk – Myers Park

Kings Walk is an enclave of four residences developed and built by Jas-Am in the Myers Park neighborhood of Charlotte. The design intent was to deliver privacy in a luxury high density community that is within walking distance of the parks, restaurants, and shops that city living has to offer. These homes are packed with luxury finishes that are current yet mesh well with the traditional Myers Park feel, all handpicked by Scott Carpenter. The architecture features standing seam metal roof accents, masonry chimneys with clay pots, and a painted white brick.

The property backs up to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway and benefits from the buffer and beautiful nature associated with it.
